December 9 - International Anti-Corruption Day!
Today, December 9, we celebrate International Anti-Corruption Day. It is designed to draw attention to corruption and encourage its prevention. Health care is one of the most corruption-sensitive areas of social activity, where cases of corruption can cause irreparable consequences for one of the most important Constitutional values - health.
A transparent and honest culture of a public institution based on values is one of the priorities of the Accreditation Service. In order to contribute to the reduction and elimination of opportunities for corruption in the field of health care, and the development of tolerance for corruption among the public and employees of health care institutions, the Accreditation Service shares an anti-corruption social advertisement initiated by the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Lithuania. We note that the Accreditation Service is guided by high ethical standards in public sector activities, where corruption is unacceptable and intolerable.
Let's create transparency together!
